Based on the needs of market, we have researched and developed a series of led grow light products. Depending on the crop species, we have developed a series of LED grow light specifically for cannabis cultivation. There are Horti-Far LED grow light for grow tents; Horti-Spec,Horti-Rey, Horti-Mars LED grow lights for vertical cannabis cultivation and Horti-King, Horti-Flag, Horti-Far, Refinado for cannabis greenhouses or indoor farms .
Moreover, we have also developed led interlighting Horti-Bar and Horti-Reina for large greenhouse vine crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers. Greenhouse ornamental is also our target crop. Horti-Star, Horti-Par, Horti-Sky are what we have specially developed for floriculture .
Of course, leafy greens, a common crop specie, are not to be ignored either. At present, the large greenhouse of leafy green cultivation is booming. The strong development momentum of this industry also brings us opportunities. So we have developed Horti-Spec single bar, Horti-Green and Horti-Sky for leafy green cultivation. Something special is that we also have led grow lights used for stadium grass maintenance.
In fact, many led grow lights in the application boundary is not so defined. they can be used for lighting of multiple crops. For example, Horti-Falg led grow light can be used to illuminate marijuana, ornamental , leafy greens, and herbs. Horti-Tube led grow light with feature of vertical suspension can be used to grow both greenhouse vine crops and vertical hydroponics towers. Horti-Sky led grow lights have a application range for floriculture and leafy greens. Things like this are too numerous to mention.
More than 20 products in total,There are some products still in development. In spectral design, we further studied the optical properties of various wavelengths and combined the biological characteristics of crops to achieve some of the growth targets we wanted to reach , such as promoting all-stage growth, blooming fast, increasing yield , improving nutrient and taste, raising terpenes content , decreasing morbidity ,adjusting photoperiod etc. if the customer has other requirements for the spectrum,customization is also allowed .This ensures flexibility in our products and services.
We have completed UL certification for many of our products. others that have not been certified are also in the line of application. In the control and management product quality ,we have never compromised . We believe in keeping the customers happy and providing them with premium products at a very competent price.
In order to strictly control the quality, at the source of production we choose the supplier of raw materials through strict audit procedure . Generally,to become our supplier,they need to get the approval of three departments-R&D, procurement and quality inspection. Every raw material is carefully inspected by IQC before storage. During the production process, we arrange IPQC to follow up the quality status of products in production. In addition to IPQC, we will arrange a special FQC to connect with the FQC of the packaging line to ensure the continuity of product quality control and provide double guarantee. Before shipment, QA will do sampling inspection again according to AQL standard. All of these will be documented to ensure that our quality checks are traceable.
Besides the measures mentioned above, testing is also necessary .During the development process, engineers need to constantly do product tests to determine the performance height of the sample. For this reason, we specially set up a fully functional laboratory to confirm whether the performances of samples have reached the expected design requirements through self-testing in multiple dimensions. In this laboratory, you can find all the test machines you need, and even some you've never seen before.
We will not enter the mass production stage until the sample has been developed successfully and passed related property test . During mass production, we will also conduct a series of reliability tests to ensure the product meets delivery and customer requirements. There are more than 40 test categories, and thousands of test reports are issued every year.
It is worth mentioning that we have taken a more rigorous approach in some test categories. For example, before waterproof test, we will first carry out aging test on the lamps. After aging test,the air tightness of the luminaire is inevitably affected by the heat luminaire emits. in such harsh conditions, if the tested luminaires still pass the IP66 test standard, its IP rating is self-evident. In addition, we also conducted a real environment test of led grow lights outdoors.
In the test implementation, we have been adhering to the scientific and rigorous attitude. we specially purchased integrating sphere only used for plant lamps. The wavelength coverage was 200-800nm, beyond the general range of PAR, making the test data more accurate.
AGC Lighting is individually equipped with an exclusive production line for led grow light, with a production capacity up to 1,500 units per day, so you don't have to worry about our production capacity and delivery time . On the average, we deliver 100 containers per month all over the world.
