On December 2, the Shenzhen Facility Agriculture Industry Association officially released the group standard "Technical Specification for the Evaluation of LED Lights for Strawberry Planting in Facility Agriculture". It is the world's first product standard for strawberry lighting in facility agriculture, filling the industry gap. In order to further standardize the industry standard and promote the development of the industry, Shenzhen Agriculture Association jointly drafted and compiled the "Evaluation Technical Specification for LED Light for Strawberry Planting in Facility Agriculture" group standard from the perspective of advanced and high quality level, with the benchmark of being stricter than the national standard and not lower than similar standards, and formulated the requirements of LED light for strawberry planting, so as to give a benchmark for product technology innovation and enhance product quality. The standard is a benchmark for product innovation and product quality improvement.

When using blue-red matched (violet) strawberry LED lights.
1) The main peak value points recommended for spectral coverage are [1].
Blue light: 436nm±5nm to 450nm±5nm.
Red light: 660nm±5nm ~ 680nm±5nm.
2) Nursery and growing period :
With reference to the available research results [2-3], blue light has a better promotion effect on root growth and flowering and the following is recommended.
The spectral energy in the wavelength range of blue light should not exceed 30%.
3) Flowering and fruiting period.
With reference to the results of existing studies [4], red light has a good promotion effect on plant growth and fruit yield increase and is recommended as follows.
The spectral energy in the wavelength range of red light should not exceed 70%.
When using white or full-spectrum strawberry LED lights, photon density should be considered first [5-6], and it is advisable to focus on the proportion of green light in the spectrum [7], and the spectral energy in the wavelength range of green light should not exceed 20%.
This standard highlights the innovation and leadership of strawberry lighting products, allowing some innovations that could not form a consensus to be recognised and applied on a small scale, thus promoting the development of the industry. The establishment of this standard guides manufacturers of LED lights for strawberry cultivation to produce high quality, low energy consumption products, promotes the overall advancement of strawberry cultivation technology and is of great significance in improving the competitive advantage of producers.
