Thailand Law for Medical Hemp

With the development of medical hemp widely used in many countries, Thailand government also begins to allow local people to grow medical hemp in 2022.

One report said that Public Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul plans to offer 1 million cannabis plants for free when household cultivation and use of the plant is legalized in June in Thailand, and people could also operate cannabis-related businesses and enterprises under the new rules.
